All products are made-to-order, handcrafted artisan luxury furniture.
Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but fabric colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings or natural material variations.

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders are produced to your specifications and are non-refundable once production begins. Please confirm all measurements, finishes, and design details before approving your order.

5. Shipping

Processing time for made-to-order items is typically 3–6 weeks before shipping.
We currently ship within the continental United States only.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Custom furniture and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Returned items must be in original packaging and condition; additional repackaging fees may apply.

7. Warranty

All products come with a 7-year (lifetime) warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event of changes or cancellations, we will contact you via the information provided at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases.
