This website is operated by DVENEGAS DESIGNS INC ("Venegas Designs," "we," "us," or "our"). Venegas Designs offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site, booking a consultation, and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use our services.

1. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service, including our designs, renderings, photography, and website content, without written permission from us.

3. Products & Custom Orders

All Venegas Designs pieces are made to order and handcrafted to your specifications. We do not sell stocked inventory through this website.

Product descriptions, imagery, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to represent our materials accurately, but fabric colors, wood grain, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural material variation. Such variation is not a defect.
You are responsible for confirming all measurements, fabrics, finishes, and design details before approving your order for production. Approved specifications, including approved 3D renderings, are final.

4. Deposits, Payment & Cancellation

In-home design consultations require a $500 deposit, which is credited toward your project when you move forward. The consultation deposit is non-refundable.
A 50% production deposit is required before any build begins. Once your order enters the production queue, the production deposit is non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled, as materials and shop time have been committed specifically to your piece.
The remaining balance is due in full before your order leaves our facility for delivery.
All custom furniture is final sale. Because each piece is built to your specifications and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns. Full details are outlined in our Ordering, Delivery & Warranty Policy.

5. Production & Delivery

Estimated production time is 4 to 8 weeks, confirmed when your order enters production. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by material availability and project complexity.
We currently deliver within the continental United States only.
All deliveries require a signature. Any damage must be photographed and noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Full details are outlined in our Ordering, Delivery & Warranty Policy.

6. Warranty

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty on the frame and structural craftsmanship, covering manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the piece. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric wear, misuse, accidental damage, or motorized or mechanical components. Full terms are outlined in our Ordering, Delivery & Warranty Policy.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. In the event of changes to your order, we will contact you via the information you provided. You agree to provide accurate, current billing, contact, and delivery information for all purchases.

8. Third-Party Links

Certain content or services available through our Service may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party sites.

9. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Errors and Omissions

Occasionally there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted, prior to production.

11. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose
To infringe upon intellectual property rights
To distribute malware or malicious code
To collect personal data without consent
To bypass security features of the site

12. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venegas Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the piece giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venegas Designs, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

15. Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by you or us. We may terminate your access without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
